Revelry & Confession

     As my flatmate Avrie commented on my recent Instagram post, we at least “attempted to to look fresh and bright-eyed.” However, we learned that midnight does not come as quickly when one does not have any essays due.

     For those of my readers who do not know, my now former flatmate Avrie, came to enjoy Indiana and its fall for a week! Walks through golden woods together was certainly good for our souls, though I can and will disclose that Avrie squeaked, and pointed at almost every tree we walked by (Avrie I know you are reading this, you can’t deny it!). Said squeaking is most likely because with her being from Texas, an autumn golden woods is hard to come by. Much like Anne and Diana we most likely did empty our souls out to each other every night of the week, though save for a few texts to our other flatmate Kaitlyn, and sleep deprived memories, we don’t have any records.

     Our week while at times stressful with work and applications, consisted of enjoying October and its activities as much as possible. Walks through woods, cooking chili over the campfire, and going apple picking made our week together very picturesque indeed (scroll down for said pictures).

     Besides my week of revelry and confession with Avrie, October brought and end to my internship with Beyond (and I’m almost done with my other one). So right now, I applied for a remote communications position for another internship. Fingers crossed I hear back from them soon.

     Another month (almost) down, and for the most part, the same old same old. Nevertheless, walking through golden woods, revelry and confession with Avrie, and another beautiful October is always good for my soul.
