Get ready, Get set, and Appreciate the Little Things

      Have you ever felt like your life is on pause and won't really "start" until something specific happens?
I'm trying very hard to live in the moment right now but some days are harder than others. I love Indiana so much, especially with the beautiful changing leaves (I am going to ignore the fact that it has already snowed once). However, my mind is constantly flooded with anticipation of spires, rainy English days, research papers, and my future move, wondering if it is possible that there could be anything lovelier than my home.

                                         

     This photo reminds me that I can and need to take every moment for what it is and enjoy it fully. It makes me appreciate and thank God for the little things that makes every day life so special. I hope that it's a gentle reminder to you as well that while there may be fairer lands out there, to enjoy and thank God for the little things.
